Antioxidant
Free radicals are unstable molecules created by lifestyle and
even naturally, by the normal biological process of the body.
A free radical attaches itself to a stable molecule within the
body and steals its electron. That molecule then steals an electron
from another molecule and so on. One free radical can cause a
chain reaction that can affect hundreds of normal molecules.
The proliferation of free radicals has been linked to over 80
health conditions. (By inhaling just once from a cigarette causes
375,000 free radicals.) Antioxidants help to neutralize free
radicals by donating one of their own electrons. Of course, once
the antioxidant donates its electron, it becomes a weaker free
radical itself, in search of another electron. What your body
needs is a superior natural antioxidant. The discovery of coral
calcium has provided us with just that.
ORP
stands for "Oxidation Reduction Potential." An
ORP in the positive mV (Millivolts) range indicates oxidation and
the absence of electrons. When an ORP is in the negative mV range
it indicates reduction and the presence of electrons. Coral calcium
donates an enormous amount of electrons and antioxidant power to
your diet.
Listed on the next slide is a conversion chart showing the approximate
ORP (mV) reading (on the right) and the increase in Electrons that
are present (on the left).

When
ORP measurements change by 59 millivolts as shown in the first
two lines under ORP (mV) (400 - 341 = 59) this shows a 10 to
1 difference in available electrons. The number increases by
100 to 1 for a 118 millivolt shift and 1,000 to 1 for a 177
millivolt shift.
A sample of distilled water has an ORP of about
+130. After you add 1-gram of coral calcium the measurement of
distilled water reads -273 (about line 12 above). Take 5 from
12 and you have 8. The increase in electrons is listed on line
8 in the center column. This shows that when coral calcium was
added to the distilled water, it became 100 thousand times more
potent in electrons and antioxidant power.
The numbers in this chart are only
achieved using marine coral calcium sachets with no vitamins
or other
ingredients added. Other generic coral calcium products or products
with
extra vitamins and minerals etc. added will not produce the same
results. |
